These aren't just any eggs! These are fresh, healthy eggs from pastured hens. Our heritage breeds of chickens are rotationally grazed in their mobile coop from April through December, enjoying fresh air, sunshine, and plenty of green grass and bugs. We supplement their diet with organic grain, organic veggies and organic hay in the winter. Pastured eggs are higher in vitamins A, D and E and Omega-3 fatty acids.
